How long is an office suite contract commitment?
The minimum contract office suites term at Peachtree Offices is one month.
What if I don’t want all of the amenities the office suites include?
We can provide as many or as few of the amenities you like. For instance, if you already have furniture and want to provide your own we can customize an office plan just for you. If you don’t need the phone answering we can remove that from the office plan.
How long is a Virtual Office contract commitment?
All Peachtree Offices - Virtual Office Plans are month to month. If you pay by credit card, there is no security deposit.
Does Peachtree Offices provide phone numbers or can I use an existing number that I have?
A local phone number is included in applicable Virtual Plans & with an office. We can also work with your existing phone numbers to forward into our system.
How does conference room and day office scheduling work with an office or Virtual Office?
At Peachtree Offices, our office specialists use a web-based calendar to schedule your meeting rooms or the day office. Just give us a call and we will work with you to book a room at any of our locations. Online booking COMING SOON!
Why is there a one time $75.00 set up fee for the Mail Service Pro & Mail Service Elite Plan?
The $75.00 set up fee is in place to cover the forwarding of your mail in the event you cancel the service. We continue to forward your mail at our standard rates until the $75.00 is depleted in the event you cancel your service and mail continues to arrive.
Can I have my mail forwarded?
Yes, Mail Forwarding is available and can be customized to your needs, being daily, weekly, etc.. The fee is the postage cost plus 30% or the shipping cost plus 25%. There is also an administrative cost of $4.00 per mail forwarding occurrence which covers six minutes of administrative time. Multiple items can be forwarded at the $4.00 administrative cost as long as the total time spent by the Peachtree Offices staff is under six minutes. We have found that the vast majority of our clients mail forwarding needs can be completed by our staff in under six minutes. Our administrative support time is billed at $40.00/hour in 6 minute increments.
How do I know if I have mail?
There is no extra charge to come in and get your mail. Email notification of mail/packages is available for a flat rate of $10.00/month. An email requesting the upgrade to automatic email notification of mail/packages is required for the upgrade to be initiated. If you would like to upgrade, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the upgrade. You can also call and ask the receptionist if you have mail. The receptionists time for checking to see if you have mail is $4.00 per occurrence.
