General Questions

How long is an office suite contract commitment?

The minimum contract office suites term at Peachtree Offices is one month.

What if I don’t want all of the amenities the office suites include?

We can provide as many or as few of the amenities you like. For instance, if you already have furniture and want to provide your own we can customize an office plan just for you. If you don’t need the phone answering we can remove that from the office plan.

How long is a Virtual Office contract commitment?

All Peachtree Offices – Virtual Office Plans are month to month.

How long does it take to set up the service?

Within roughly 4 business hours, you will receive a welcome letter from our team confirming your address and a link to the client portal. The client portal can be used to book day offices, meeting rooms, and update your payment method. If the client purchased a plan that includes a phone number or phone answering, that information will be in the welcome letter as well.

How do I know if I have mail?

You can add email notice of mail for $10/month. With email notice of mail, anytime you receive mail or packages, the receptionist sends you an email with the basics of who it is from.

Can I use Peachtree Offices as my registered agent?

Yes, If you add email notice of mail.

Can I use the address for search engine business profile listings.

Yes. This is also why we include a minimum of 1 hour per month of day office time in our agreements. Search engines may require you to film your company in the office from your cell phone. Note, we have no control over whether or not a search engine approves your business listing.

Does Peachtree Offices provide phone numbers or can I use an existing number that I have?

A local phone number is included in applicable Virtual Plans & with an office if added in the agreement. We can also work with your existing phone numbers to forward into our system.

How does conference room and day office scheduling work with an office or Virtual Office?

In your welcome letter, there is a username and password to the client portal where you can book the day offices and meeting rooms.

Why is there a one time $49.00 set up fee for the virtual office plans?

The $49.00 set up fee is in place to cover the cost of returning mail to sender in the event you cancel the service.

Can I have my mail forwarded or scanned?

Yes, mail forwarding and scanning is available and can be customized to your needs, being daily, weekly, etc.. For forwarding, the fee is the postage cost plus 30% or the shipping cost plus 25%. There is also an administrative cost of $4.00 per mail forwarding or scanning occurrence which covers six minutes of administrative time. Multiple items can be forwarded or scanned at the $4.00 administrative cost as long as the total time spent by the Peachtree Offices staff is under six minutes. We have found that the vast majority of our clients mail forwarding and scanning needs can be completed by our staff in under six minutes. Our administrative support time is billed at $40.00/hour in 6 minute increments.
